ResponderEliminarIt seems important to make known the meaning of Bullying, as are campaigns against bullying but did not explain to people concerned. I think that bullying rather than an individual problem is a social problem and must be treated not only the victim but also the vicitimarios and find that organizations that arise in this type of behavior and seek help Bullying can overcome. Do you know a system to tackle bullying in the organizations in which they occur?

Luisa, thanks for your comment. There are campaigns around the world that are responsible for promoting the prevention of these behaviors, and inform the community of the key aspects to detect bullying and to make the necessary interventions, of course both victims and victimizers.

Abuse and harassment to others as mentioned in the blog can happen at any age and in different conditions. When abuse is generated in traajo called mobbing, and it would be good to do campaigns in companies to avoid this phenomenon it may not take many people to suicide but to feel bad about their work and give to it. It is also important that when presenting this type of behavior trabjadores come to the authorities to stop this abuse.
